Questions about paying

Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Every new account gets 200 AI credits and a project to try site analysis, research agents, and module previews — no credit card required. You only pay when you choose to unlock a full design or subscribe to the Farmer Hub.
Are design unlocks a subscription?
No. A design unlock (€75 Garden or €200 Ecological) is a one-time payment for a single project. Unlock as many projects as you like, whenever you like — there's no recurring charge.
What's the difference between Garden and Ecological?
The Ecological unlock (€200) is for larger, more complex sites and includes more bundled credits (1,500 vs 900). Both give you the full design workspace — passive solar plans, plant guilds, soil and site design tools.
Can I cancel the Farmer Hub trial?
Yes. The 30-day trial requires a valid card but isn't charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial from your account settings and you won't be billed.
Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits never expire and are shared across every module. Farmer Hub subscriptions also add 150 credits each billing cycle.
